Reembolso de 100% só será possível caso o projeto ainda não tenha ultrapassado afase de esboço. Caso o cancelamento ocorra com o trabalho já em andamento (após o esboço), será concedido reembolso parcial de 25%, desde que solicitado em até 7 dias após o início do processo. Commercial rights must be discussed beforehand and involve an additional fee.
